How does the gel holder attach onto the flash?

  2. LumiQuest says:

It comes with self adhesive velcro, or you can use the optional Cinch Strap…a non adhesive alternative

Thanks for the video ! This product seems quite interesting, especially for those who already have other LumiQuest accessories. From the video, I understand that the pocket is tight fit : does this mean you will only be able to use one gel at a time, or can you use 2 or 3 gels whithout having to trim the edges ?

  5. LumiQuest says:

Actually, they are largely designed for different purposes. The FX has an assortment of theatrical gels, with no particular photographic application. The FXtra comes with a few theatrical gels and even more with photographic applications. In addition the FXtra is sized to accommodate the Lee and Rosco sample gel packs as well as the new Strobist Collection.

This video works fine for me. Looks like a useful product.

Yeah, it works for me now too. I’ll put it down to a browser glitch. And the FXtra is a very useful product. I have two of them for my two Pentax flashes.

  9. brucewalker says:

It’s odd; *only* affects this specific video, repeatedly in the same spot. I’ve watched most of the others — and enjoyed them very much, thank you! — and they all play fine right through. (I’m using the latest Safari [3.2.3], Mac OS X 10.5.7).

  10. LumiQuest says:

I am not having that problem when I watch. I will see if there are any suggestions on why you are having this issue.
